Water Process relies on caffeine solubility and osmosis to remove caffeine from green coffee beans. To begin the decaffeination process, green coffee beans are soaked in hot water to dissolve the caffeine. Then washed in a solution derived from cane sugar to ensure 99.7% of the caffeine is removed. So you can enjoy good coffee without the buzz.
